Online Card Payment Refund Policy
This policy is additional to our standard terms and conditions set out in the client care letter sent to our clients at commencement of the retainer.
Ty Arian Ltd. has selected Worldpay as the secure processor of client card payments via our website, www.talaw.org.uk.
If you make a card payment to us via the website, you can request a full or partial refund of the payment. We will refund any monies due to you, after the deduction of any direct costs associated with processing the payment and of processing the refund, and after the deduction of costs (including disbursements and VAT) incurred by us in accordance with your instructions up to the date you request a refund. Please note that any unidentifiable payments will be immediately refunded in accordance with this policy.
Should you wish to request a refund, please advise the fee earner dealing with your matter. Alternately, you can request a refund by calling us on 01792 485100 and asking for the accounts manager.
FuturePay from WorldPay allows you to pay for goods or services online, by instalments. Your debit or credit card is periodically charged for an agreed length of time at a specified interval (e.g. days, months, weeks or even years), or until the facility has been cancelled – an online equivalent of traditional direct debit or standing order payments. Once your request to set up an agreement has been processed, you will be given a FuturePay ID. This allows you to monitor the progress of your agreement on the WorldPay Shopper Management System, where you can track each transaction and make amendments to your agreement, or make changes to your card and contact details.
Should you wish to cancel your Futurepay/Futurepay Direct agreement you can do this via the WorldPay Shopper Management System. You can also cancel by calling us on 01792 485100 and asking for the accounts manager.
